Advanced Apprenticeship

£100 per week

ETEC Development Trust is looking for an enthusiastic individual to start an advanced apprenticeship in July 2010.  

Working for a fast-growing, knowledge-based company in the on-line and software sector, the right candidate will have a can-do attitude.  

The minimum requirement is a pass or an expected pass in Functional Skills at level 2 in Maths, English and ICT.  

Ideally, the company would like to meet people who have or will complete a Level 2 Diploma in IT or Creative and Media or who have completed a level 2 Apprenticeship in Business or IT.  

Duties are likely to include all aspects of customer support, extensive use of ICT to manage customer data, customer contact via mail and email and updating the company’s CRM systems.  

The Advanced Apprenticeship could be in either information technology or business and administration, depending on the candidate.  

The employer will support the successful candidate to study for a level 3 advanced apprenticeship through day release and in-house training.  

The employer is based in modern, serviced offices on Rainton Bridge Business Park, Houghton-le-Spring.  

Benefits include full training and 35 days holiday per year – 30 of which must be taken during school holidays at Christmas, Easter and during the summer.
