ETEC Construction CIC
ETEC Construction CIC was born out of the Community Hand Project that served Hendon and the East End of Sunderland for two years providing low cost buildings maintenance and construction work to individuals, families and community organisations who could not afford mainstream construction prices. The project was very successful and produced lots of positive feedback from extremely satisfied residents.

When Community Hand Project ended in April 2009, ETEC Development Trust continued to finance the department and they were renamed as ETEC Construction to provide a quality, affordable construction service to the local community.
